SMS has a team of very capable and experienced consultants. Because we use a so called 'buddy-structure', colleagues will work in couples whenever possible. In this way we can be sure that we will be able to take over each others tasks or projects instantaneously and with minimal effort. Buddies always have an immediate 'sparring partner'.

 

Beside these people, we have a 'professional pool' of highly competent external specialists who we use regularly. Specialists from this pool are also trained to use our philosophy, methods, standards and best practices.
