SMS monitors her activities according to the IDQ-model (Institute for Dutch Quality). Quality depends on the skills of our employees, the way they use their competences in the advantage of our customers. For this reason, we require quite a lot of skills of our Employees. Our consultant-coaches have broad didactic knowledge, good communicative skills, excellent IT skills, and they have a well developed sense of creativity. SMS transfers it's expertise in a very structured way to it's customers and ensures that Employees are able to work independently with the provided know-how and skills, as soon as possible and in a smart sense.
