- Proven didactic and management assessment and skills.
- Strongly developed communicative and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience with SAP, Siebel and Oracle applications
- Extensive experience with Microsoft applications and solutions
- Experiences with Change Management, CRM, SRM and HCM
- Proficient in documentation of organisation processes
Together with our client we temporary form a team. Either the client or SMS will provide the projectmanager. Almost always SMS provides projectcoordination and support for the projectteam. The projectmanager or -coordinator may, if necessary, ask an SMS-collegue for professional assistance, for instance with analizing and describing complex business processes, with the development of a specific SAP e-training or the deployment of a specific Change method.
