Learning, Performing with ICT
The human factor is the most important critical factor of a succesful innovation. Innovations can only succeed when employees are well trained and when the acquired knowledge is embedded in the organisation. You must innovate innovative: with smart procedures and correct tools.
During many years we have developed and refined our 'SMS method' for organisation changes. Changing behaviour occurs in five phases:
|
1. 'I see ...' |
Realisation. Understand why something must change |
| 2. 'I want ...' |
Acceptance. To accept that the change will have impact on people of departments |
| 3. 'I know ...' |
Knowledge. What has to be changed |
| 4. 'I can ...' |
Skillful. Capable to use new skills |
| 5. 'I do ...' |
Actions. Apply and improve what you learned |
The SMS method ensures an effective and efficient progress following these phases. The SMS method is a combination of communication, training, tools and best practice for people or departments and organisations to succeed using innovative ICT.
