Learning, Performing with ICT

The human factor is the most important critical factor of a succesful innovation. Innovations can only succeed when employees are well trained and when the acquired knowledge is embedded in the organisation. You must innovate innovative: with smart procedures and correct tools.

During many years we have developed and refined our  'SMS method'  for organisation changes. Changing behaviour occurs in five phases:

1. 'I see ...'

Realisation. Understand why something must change
2. 'I want ...' Acceptance. To accept that the change will have impact on people of departments
3. 'I know ...'  Knowledge. What has to be changed
4. 'I can ...' Skillful. Capable to use new skills
5. 'I do ...' Actions. Apply and improve what you learned

The SMS method ensures an effective and efficient progress following these phases. The SMS method is a combination of communication, training, tools and best practice for people or departments and organisations to succeed using innovative ICT.
