Suzan is mainly active on SMS internal matters.
With a firm background in Banking, Training and ICT she is responsible for Projectadministration, Marketing & PR, Legal matters, HR and last but not least Quality Management.
She participated in the so called "Prisma"- project, where she mapped the SMS-organisation. Now she is continuously active to improve things according to the EFQM -model (European Foundation for Quality Management) and Investors in People model. She is trying to balance intrests between SMS, it's Customers and it's Employees. |
