Train the Trainer: development of didactical skills

In our projects we frequently involve ' key-users ' or 'super users'. We teach them basic didactical skills, so they will able to deliver effective training and instruction to End-users during an implementation project. We offer several training-sessions to develop the skills needed to appropriately train and instruct others:

• Train the Trainer (2d or 3d  Course)
• Dealing with critical students
• Instruction skills
• Presentation skills
• Coaching skills
