SMS-Training

Ever since1995 SMS takes care of creating, deploying and securing knowledge. SMS manages "the human side" of implementation projects. Training is always an essential part of projects. At SMS we try to ensure that the most suitable people of an organisation train their colleagues. We teach these internal trainers or coaches how to use the correct training methods and tools. But whenever a customer needs one (or more) extra helping hand(s) on delivering training, we will gladly assist and help out to also train our customers employees.
 

Investment in training will be rewarded.

Companies that invest in training, grow faster than companies that do not make the investment. The English government published a study on the topic. In the report called "People and Profit" a calculation it was made clear that a training investment of  € 10.000,= a year will account for a major difference in the increase of profits (>10% or more). Companies that do not invest in training, show a significantly slower growth rate.  In the Netherlands this effect was already known for a number of years. In the ninetees it became also clear that rapid, cheap and short training of employees had more (short term) impact on Company results than long-term, more expensive education programmes.
