‍To support ASML in mastering the new SAP system, we developed a diverse array of training materials. These include enganging e-learnings, interactive learning journeys, fun games, and informative classroom sessions. By catering to different learning styles, we ensured the comprehensive coverage of the new system, empowering ASML to embrace the transition with confidence and enthusiasm was met.

‍To further amplify the impact of our training efforts, we conducted train-the-trainer sessions. These sessions empowered selected ASML employees to become confident facilitators, enabling them to effectively train their own teams.
